Tthis Park is to be situated in the Lake side area of Baza overlooking the beautiful Lake Negratin, less than a couple of miles from town of Freila. This is an area, which is very popular with the Europeans, especially the British.

Once again the Government will pay for most of the infrastructure if the land is used for the over 50’s retirees.

Financial
Estimated gross sales from the lodges & park homes sales: - £6,400,000, plus plot rentals. It will have an ongoing plot rental income of over £240,000 per year once all long-term plots are in use.

The Price of each land site freehold with its Preauthorisation is £795,000, plus building licence and final layout plans.

Terms
£400,000 deposit, the balance payable in one to three years, interest free the first year.
