We have been in the Park home industry in Spain for over 4 years.

During this time we have seen many changes in the legalities involved with placing mobile homes on land in different areas.

For example, not so long ago it was possible to buy a piece of land without any types of permission and basically turn it into a mobile home park. This did lead to a lot of unscrupulous characters trying to make a quick buck from unsuspecting clients.

Since this time the industry in Spain is much more regulated and licencing is a long and involved process, in fact in some areas it is simply impossible.

Coastal sites are a no no, unless of course you are able to buy an existing campsite, even then though to change a campsite licence to that of mobile homes may not be possible.

This is one reason that we source projects in the inland areas, another being that many of these Autonomous regions will welcome a new tourist industry in the form of Residential mobile home parks and log chalets, bearing in mind that the higher government body will allow such a venture in that particular area.

We are also involved in manufacturing the "California King" Park Home in factories in Malaga and Alicante.
